What can you expect from our Ginger Beers ...

You will have a medley flavours dance across your palette.

Our native plants will hit your sense of smell first, it will then your settle in as you drink, then gently  reach the sweet heated tingly notes of the ginger and twirl together across your tongue awakening your taste senses... that will end in a final pirouette of either lightly sweetened bitter notes or sweetened  malted sours ...

*Please note there will be traces of Grapefruit in one of the flavours, if you are taking medications please check they are safe with the grapefruit before consuming.
